TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- A high pressure to our east has continued to keep our skies nice and sunny for the day. A weak cold front is expected to near the area and push this high pressure away moving into Saturday evening and Sunday morning. This means our skies will become cloudier and we could even see a small chance of rain.

Tonight, overnight lows will be much more seasonal, with temperatures dropping to the mid 40s for most. Winds will be southerly at about 5 mph under clear and starry skies.

Saturday will start off nice and sunny, but as we approach the afternoon, we'll see an increase in cloud cover. Westerly winds will be on hand throughout the day as well. Highs are expected to warm to the mid and upper 70s. This is also when the previously mentioned cold front will pass over most of the region. There is a very small chance of seeing a light and isolated shower as it does so. Skies will be mostly cloudy with lows falling near 47 degrees.

Sunday will finish the weekend with a small chance of isolated showers in the morning and skies clearing mostly sunny conditions by the afternoon hours. Sunday's highs will be a touch cooler than what we'll feel tomorrow, warming to the mid 70s.
