(WTXL) — A strong line of storms is starting to clear out of our local area.
LATEST DISCUSSION
ABC 27 is declared Thursday a First Alert Weather Day because we had higher confidence that a line of thunderstorms producing damaging wind gusts would effect many, if not all, local counties at some point in time Thursday, including during work and school hours.

TIMING
Tri-state counties in the Lake Seminole region began seeing inclement weather early Thursday. That bad weather is expected to continue moving into the eastern counties (Suwannee River/ I-75) through 9 p.m.
Things will settle down and cool down starting Friday.
BIGGEST THREATS?
Main hazard: Wind gusts. A majority of the area will get 40-50 mph gusts with the storms. Some areas will get 55-65 mph storm gusts. Isolated gusts as
