Storm Team Tuesday evening forecast (12/03/2013)

Posted

Isolated passing showers are occurring around the Panhandle region, and in sections of southwest Georgia, but any spots of showers will remain light and far from severe.  The main stories for the next few days will be the mugginess from the southerly Gulf flow, rounds of morning fog, partial cloudiness in the afternoons, and above-average temperatures.  Rain coverage should stay minimal with an upper-level high-pressure system building just off to our south.  Lows tonight will be in the mid to upper 50s in most cases, and highs climb well into the 70s tomorrow.  Some locations may flirt with the 80° mark for the end of the week.
