Storm Team Thursday evening forecast (11/21/2013)

Posted

We’ll end the work and school week on a warmer-than-average note, with scattered clouds, breaks of sun, and an isolated shower.  Friday morning will begin with lows in the upper 50s and lower 60s with some areas of fog developing.  On-and-off sunshine will boost temps well into the 70s and even some lower 80s for highs in the afternoon.  Saturday will feature the approach of a cold front, producing some more clouds and only a few showers, and dragging in another colder air mass for Sunday.  Next week, travel weather doesn’t look good pre-Thanksgiving, with a Gulf low sweeping in and likely creating a higher likelihood for clouds, rain, wind gusts, and perhaps some thunderstorms.
