EL PASO, TX (KXXV) - An El Paso man was arrested after being accused of supergluing his toddler’s eyes and mouth shut on Monday.

According to KVIA, 29-year-old Johnnie Carter is accused of supergluing his 14-month-old’s mouth and eyes shut during what was being described as a domestic incident.

A warrant for his arrest was issued by Odessa police. However, shortly after the incident, Carter fled shortly before the police arrived.
