(CNN) – The White House will soon be looking for a new communications director.

Mike Dubke said he submitted his resignation on May 18, but his final day in the Trump administration has not been set.

Dubke said he’s leaving his post for a number of reasons, including personal ones, but did not elaborate. He joined the Trump administration in February. Before that, Dubke was a Republican strategist who founded political admaker Crossroads media.

His departure is sparking new speculation that the Trump administration could experience a mass staff shakeup.
