PASCO CO., FL (WFLA/CNN) - Police are looking for the person who shot and killed a 14-year-old Florida boy.

Christian Robinson was shot while sitting in a car with his friends. His mother said she doesn't want his death to be in vain.

"He touched so many people’s lives and he never came home and told me about it. He never did because that was just normal to him," Christian’s mother Tanya Robinson said.

He never talked about it then and he cannot talk about it now, so she is speaking for her son.

"He would talk to anybody. Everybody instantly loved him," Robinson said.

Christian was a teenager through and through.

"He always had earbuds in his ear and a large speaker connected to his phone walking around listening to his rap music," Robinson recalled.

He could always make his mother laugh and he was caring. She said he gave a puppy a home after finding it abandoned and alone.

"He was a little boy who loved life and he wanted to be somebody. And he will never get to be that person he wanted to be," she said.

He wanted to be famous and in the eyes of five people, he probably falls into that category

"He donated his organs. One was a 2-year-old girl that got his kidney and his pancreas. He was gone but he would have wanted that," Robinson said.

Christian had only been alive for 14 years. He had not yet gone to high school, but he is giving other people a new chance.

"He will never be forgotten because he is helping somebody live. He is the reason someone is alive," Robinson said.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office said they do not have any new leads in the case.
