(RNN) – A national polling service said Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson would beat President Donald Trump if the election were held today.

If the movie star/former pro wrestler ran as a Democrat, Public Policy Polling found that he led Trump 42/37 in a presidential match and would attract more than 15 percent of voters who supported Trump last fall.

Johnson told GQ in an interview that he is really considering a run for president in 2020. Like Trump, he has no previous political experience, but does have tremendous name recognition.

About 36 percent of voters saw Johnson favorably, with only 13 percent having an unfavorable opinion of him. Of course 50 percent don’t have an opinion on him at all.

He’s got bipartisan appeal, as well. Thirty eight percent of Democrats like him while only 15 percent see him negatively; Republicans also see him positively (31/17).

The president did not poll too well against more traditional opponents, either.

Joe Biden led 54/40; Bernie Sanders (52/39) and 15 percent of Trump voters told PPP they’d choose Sanders over Trump, and 14 percent said they’d favor Biden.

Trump also trailed Elizabeth Warren (49/39); Al Franken (46/38) and Cory Booker (46/39).
