(RNN) – The history of a home can be a major selling point.

From a quaint New England Colonial to a Southern Antebellum house, people are enchanted by classic architecture and the stories their walls could tell.

A $2 million home on the market in Arizona certainly has a noteworthy history, though it’s not quite in that vein.

It’s an attractive 4,000 square-foot remodeled mid-century modern with four beds, three-and-a-half baths and a pool.

It also has an extensive history of being used in porn.

According to a report from The Arizona Republic, the house is owned by a husband-and-wife porn team, Kevin and Sandra Otterson. The couple go by “Hubby” and “Wifey” in their work on their website Wifey’s World, and frequently used the home as a set.

Linda Fein and her husband were preparing a $1.8 million offer on the Paradise Valley, AZ, house, when they discovered its distinct history, the newspaper reported.

“I just can’t make Thanksgiving dinner on counters where a porn star has been lounging around,” Fein said, explaining why they withdrew the offer.

In a 2006 Republic story, the Ottersons ruffled neighbors' feathers in nearby Scottsdale when they purchased land in an upscale community. The city however said it was not illegal to run such a business in a home.

Paradise Valley apparently proved more accommodating.

The Republic cited an Arizona housing official who said there's no requirement to disclose porn was filmed at the house. But, as Fein told the paper, “At that price point, I figured there might be some courtesy to the buyer.”

The house's Redfin listing touts its "incredible views" and "expressive design." Also of particular note: Its "gated acre + lot" that "maintains your privacy."
