On Wednesday, the defending Class 6A State Champions inched closer to another State title, as Leon defeated Creekside in five sets to advance to the Regional Finals.
Leon will face the winner of Niceville and Crestview, whose match was pushed to Thursday thanks to Hurricane Zeta, on Saturday at 2:00. The winner advances to the Class 6A State Semifinals.
The Wakulla War Eagles were set to host Gulf Breeze in Class 5A on Wednesday, but after Zeta made driving conditions to dangerous for Gulf Breeze to travel, their Regional Semifinal match was pushed back to Thursday at 7:00.
