TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Three days of the early signing period wrapped up Friday for high school football players, but other athletes besides those football standouts had a chance to sign. Florida High wrestler Tyler Reeve was one of those athletes.
Reeve signed with Lander University, and he made history too, as he's just the second Seminole ever to sign a college wrestling scholarship. He said he's ready for the next step.
"It feels great. A lot of hard work and determination has gone in the room," he said. "My practice partner is pushing me everyday to achieve the goal of getting to the next level. It feels amazing."
