BROOKS COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL) — The Brooks County Trojans finished State Runner-up in 2A last season in the state of Georgia.
Their goal this year is to make it back to Atlanta, but walk away with a win.
We're talking Trojan football for our Friday Night Overtime Camp Chat.
The good news is a lot of Brooks County's playmakers are back. Head coach Maurice Freeman notes the key to their success hinges on their offensive line.
They'll get a test right off the bat against rival Thomasville, although these two are not in the same Region anymore.
Brooks County dropped to Single-A this year, but Freeman is still anticipating a battle Friday night.
With the worries of coronavirus ending the season early, Friday will also be the Trojans Senior night. The match-up kicks off at 7:30 p.m.
