GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Florida forward Will Yeguete is recovering from another knee surgery.

Yeguete had arthroscopic surgery on his right knee Wednesday, his second in the last four months. Both were to clear out loose bodies.

The school says Yeguete's recovery will take about four months, meaning he should be cleared by the time preseason practice begins in October.

Yeguete, a 6-foot-7 senior from Bordeaux, France, had the same knee scoped in February after dealing with tendinitis all season. He missed six games following that surgery, and then had swelling after the Gators beat Minnesota to advance to the round of 16 in the NCAA tournament. Coach Billy Donovan said after the season that another surgery for Yeguete could be the best long-term option.

Yeguete averaged 5.5 points and 5.8 rebounds last season.
