TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - Tallahassee Community College hosted Pensacola State in a Panhandle Conference doubleheader Wednesday night. The women's teams battled first, and with just six healthy players, the Lady Eagles took Pensacola State to double overtime, falling 72 to 68.
The men followed, and with a win over the Pirates and with a little help, TCC would win their first outright Panhandle Conference title since 2001. The Eagles took care of business, winning 73 to 65, and with Chipola beating Gulf Coast, they won their Conference Championship since 2001.
