FSU Baseball announces full 2021 schedule

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Florida State Athletics announced FSU Baseball's full schedule for the 2021 season on Thursday.

The 2021 season schedule for the Seminoles features 49 games, 30 of which will be played at FSU's Dick Howser Stadium in Tallahassee.

The home opener for the Seminoles will be against the North Florida Ospreys on Feb. 19 at 6 p.m.

Just as in previous years, all 12 Atlantic Coast Conference series will be three-game sets, with the first conference series beginning Feb. 26 at Dick Howser Stadium against the Pitt Panthers.

Home series for the Seminoles are as followed:

  • North Florida Ospreys: Feb. 19-20 (double header on Feb. 20)
  • Pitt Panthers: Feb. 26-28
  • Mercer Bears: March 2
  • Virginia Cavaliers: March 5-7
  • USF Bulls: March 24
  • Florida Gators: March 16
  • Wake Forest Demon Deacons: March 26-28
  • North Carolina Tarheels: April 2-4
  • Jacksonville Dolphins: April 6
  • Boston College Eagles: April 16-18
  • Stetson Hatters: April 27
  • Troy Trojans: April 30-May 2
  • Clemson Tigers: May 14-16

Away series for the Seminoles are as followed:

  • Virginia Tech Hokies: March 12-14
  • Miami Hurricanes: March 19-21
  • Lousiville Cardinals: April 9-11
  • Florida Gators: April 13
  • Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets: April 23-25
  • Notre Dame Fighting Irish: May 7-9
  • NC State Wolfpack: May 20-22

The annual FSU-Florida baseball game at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville will not be played this season, according to FSU Baseball.

The Seminoles begin team practice on Jan. 29, and season ticket holders will be given an opportunity to purchase tickets beginning Monday, Jan. 25.

Television and streaming options will be announced in the near future, FSU Baseball said.
