TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The Atlantic Coast Conference announced schedule changes and new testing procedures, days after Florida State football had their third consecutive game canceled.
The Florida State Seminoles will now play the Duke Blue Devils at home on Sat. Dec. 12 and an away game versus the Wake Forest Demon Deacons on Sat. Dec. 19.
The rescheduled games will be subject to the ACC’s newest COVID-19 testing policy, where each team will be required to be tested Thursday with a result prior to the visiting team traveling to the game’s location.
This new policy comes after both the Clemson Tigers and Virginia Cavaliers traveled to Tallahassee, only for the game to be called off hours before kickoff due to COVID-19 related issues.
