Woman Killed in Bainbridge Accident on U.S. 27 Identified

BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WTXL) - Bainbridge Public Safety has identified the woman who was killed in an accident on north U.S. 27 at Bethel Road.

They said that Brenda Gail Solis was killed the accident that happened at U.S. 27 and Bethel Road. They said that another female passenger was air lifted to a hospital for injuries.

The passenger's identity and condition have not been released.

Officers originally reported that the accident involved a tractor trailer truck and passenger vehicle.

BPS said that all lanes of U.S. 27 have been reopened.

WALB reports that this accident happened at the same intersection as another fatal accident last Thursday that claimed the life of 29-year-old Crystal Veliz.
