TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--A Tallahassee woman is arrested after police say she charged a 91-year-old woman's debit card multiple times.
Police say Kiera Smith would take care of the woman when her mother, a nurse, was not able to be there.
The elderly woman is confined to a wheelchair.
Her son called police after he noticed numerous fraudulent charges made on her debit card, totaling about $1,200.
The charges were made between August 7-28.
Police say the elderly woman did not notice the card was missing.
Smith is charged with 18 counts of illegal use of credit cards and 18 counts of possessing an I.D. without consent, amount other charges.
