THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WTXL) - Thomasville may be small but it is mighty.
The City of Roses welcomes thousands of tourists each year.
It's not hard to see the appeal.
Streets lined with large trees and Victorian style houses are usually the first things visitors see, but that's just where it all starts. The southern hospitality from store owners, and the local menu are enough to make anyone feel like they're home.
And that's what Mayor Greg Hobbs is really proud of.
"We have city employees that make sure Thomasville is a place where folks want to come visit and makes people feel welcome," said Hobbs.
You may see something different with each trip you take to the city, but you'll always be welcomed with open arms.
