Wakulla County drug investigation nets 4 arrests

PANACEA, Fla. (WTXL) - The Wakulla County Sheriff's Office has arrested four people as part of an on-going drug investigation.

WCSO says they executed a search warrant at a home on Monticello Avenue in Panacea Friday morning as part of an on-going drug investigation. Deputies note that several undercover purchases of meth were made at the location prior to the search.

During a search of the home, deputies found crystal meth, ecstasy pills, drug paraphernalia, money, and items associated with the sale of illegal drugs. 

The following individuals were charged as follows:

  • Richard Fountain - Possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of MDMA (ecstasy), possession of paraphernalia
  • Sheila Kilgore - Possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of MDMA (ecstasy), possession of paraphernalia, occupying or maintaining a drug dwelling (charges pending due to medical condition)
  • Raven Harris - Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Paula Kilgore - Possession of drug paraphernalia

According to WCSO, several young children, including an infant, were at the home during the search. They have notified the Department of Children and Families and investigators are taking appropriate action.

The arrested are part of an on-going investigation and more are expected.
