WAKULLA COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Wakulla County approving funding for the construction of a EMS and Firefighter Facility.
According to county officials, there has been a need for a new facility for several years.
The 500,000 dollars allocated to the county for that facility was approved last night.
Officials say they have been trying for years to get funding and are excited to use the money update and improve response time.
The new facility will be built on Trice Road.
