VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL)--A Valdosta man is caught burglarizing a home.
Police say they were called out Tuesday afternoon shortly after 3:00 to a house on Muscogee Drive to a burglary in progress.
When they got there, they found 34-year-old Elphonso Moore inside.
The homeowner, Patreace Brinson, call 9-1-1 and said Moore did not have permission to be there.
Brinson said Moore had moved out in March. She told police she changed the locks on the home, and Moore was not on the lease.
It's unclear how Moore got inside, and police say he wouldn't answer any questions.
He was arrested but struggled with officers as they put him in the patrol car.
Moore is facing charges for Burglary, Obstruction, and Terroristic Threats. He was taken to the Lowndes County Jail.
