VALDOSTA, GA. (WTXL) - A man wanted for a Valdosta murder was arrested in Atlanta this morning by US Marshals.
33-year-old Anthony Antwain Caesar was arrested in connection with the August 22 shooting at the Applebee's restaurant on Inner Perimeter Road.
Caesar is accused of shooting and killing 33-year old Kenneth Johnson. Police say he also shot 39-year old Lashanda Williams. She survived.
Ceasar is facing felony murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during commission of a crime charges.
