TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Two Tallahassee men are being accused of sexually assaulting an intoxicated victim.

According to probable cause documents, Tallahassee Police Department was called to a home in the 700 block of White Drive on Feb. 28 about a sexual assault.

When police arrived, they found John "Detroit" Houston, Solomon Biford, and another man inside the home. When asked if there was a female inside, they confirmed there was.

As police looked inside, they found the victim lying on a mattress in the living room, naked and confused with difficulty speaking. She told police that she had been "raped" by two of the men currently in the home.

Leon County Medical Services was then called due to the victim's level of intoxication and complaints.

Through interviews, they were able to determine that the victim had met Houston on the bus and was already intoxicated. It was then that he offered to give her alcohol and a pill at his house.

When she went, she was given "copious amounts" of liquor from Houston and Biford. Police said that Houston then gave her a pill which was possibly OxyContin.

At some point, the victim was stripped of her clothes and was told to lie down, a witness describing her as "gone" and "out of it".

After further investigation, police were able to determine that there was probable cause that Houston and Biford had committed sexual battery against the victim and had used alcohol and drugs to facilitate the incident.

Both are facing charges of sexual assault on a victim 12 years old or older.
