TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Two Tallahassee men are behind bars, facing a number of charges after police say they kept going during a traffic stop.

Officers say they were called to Jackson Bluff Road on Saturday after an argument broke out.

Those involved say Dietrich Haynes pointed a gun at them during that argument and then ran.

Minutes later police got another call of a suspicious person matching Haynes' description.

Police got to the second location and tried to make a traffic stop but say Haynes and his passenger, Omega Jefferson, drove off.

Haynes and Jefferson were eventually stopped after a short pursuit.

Inside their vehicle officers found several guns, one stolen.

The two were arrested and face a number of charges, including resisting an officer.
