TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - After a brief closure, the Trousdell Aquatics Center has reopened their pool.
Earlier this month, the center closed their pool to repair the liner from years of everyday wear and tear.
But today, swimmers were allowed to jump back in!
"The pool is open seven days a week," said Leslie Adams, an aquatic supervisor. "We are open for lap swimming. We have water aerobics classes. They go on during the week. We'll have life guard classes starting here soon."
While the main pool has reopened, the smaller activity pool will remain closed until may, when the water is warm enough for swimming.
