TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) – A Tornado watch has been issued for Leon County until 7 p.m. Saturday.
This includes Leon, Jefferson, Thomas, Grady, Decatur, Gadsden, Wakulla, Franklin, Liberty, Seminole, Mitchell, Baker, and Miller counties.
A line of thunderstorms will move through the region over the next few hours with the potential for some to spin up brief and isolated tornadoes. If you receive a tornado warning this evening, make sure to stay off the roads and take shelter inside a sturdy building away from windows and exterior walls.
