TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Three men are indicted by a grand jury after two people were shot and killed in Tallahassee.
Thyland Jones, Kassiem McNeil, and Miguel Martinez are all facing charges for the killing of Nakenya Richardson and Shomari Fuller.
Jones is facing two counts of first degree murder.
McNeill is facing one count of burglary, one count of tampering with evidence, and one count of accessory after the fact.
Martinez is facing one count of accessory after the fact.
Tallahassee Police say Richardson and Fuller died after police found them in a car suffering from gun shot wounds at the Tyson Green Townhomes on June 10th.
Police believe that Fuller may have had drugs and money when he was shot and killed, but were unable to find either at the scene.
