TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Monday Tallahassee Police unveiled their newest vehicle wrap. It's all in support of the Crime Victims Assistance Unit.
Meanwhile, the 10th annual First Evening of Comedy hopes to bring attention to this program, by hosting a fun filled evening Saturday, Nov. 19th.
Spokesperson Dan Moore hoped the community would come out and join in on the fundraiser.
"This year the proceeds will be benefiting our crime victims with disabilities program. This is a program that provides specialized crisis counseling advocacy and support for women, women with disabilities who have experienced domestic violence or who have become disabled as a result of a crime," said Moore.
Tickets are on sale now and includes free food, entertainment and drinks.
