TALLAHASSEE, FL -- A Tallahassee Police Lieutenant has filed a lawsuit against Police Chief Michael DeLeo.
Lieutenant Steve Slade, the president of the Big Bend Chapter of the Florida Police Benevolent Association and TPD officer, officially filed the suit on November 18.
According to the Tallahassee Democrat, Slade is taking issue with how he was disciplined after he accidentally discharged his gun.
