TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - One of the three suspects accused in the murder of Kentrell Thomas has been found guilty of second degree murder.  

Keveonte Thomas, 19, was found guilty of second degree murder by a jury on Wednesday.  

Sentencing has been set for June 5th at 1:30 p.m


TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Jury selection began Monday in the fatal shooting of a Quincy teenager.

Keveonte Thomas, 19, is one of three suspects accused in the murder of Kentrell Thomas, who was 19 years old at the time of his death. It happened February of 2017 at the Gadsden Arms Apartments.

Quincy police say Thomas, a 15-year-old minor and 20-year-old Mark Williams were all charged with second-degree murder.

The Monday jury selection started at 9 a.m. in circuit court, and the trial is expected to start Tuesday.
