FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Officials say an arrest has been made in the El Patron shooting.
Isaiah Robinson was taken into custody in Ft. Lauderdale, according to the Tallahassee Police Department.
Robinson is accused of shooting and killing Ira Brown inside of the Tallahassee Restaurant El Patron, according to TPD.
"What we were focusing on in this case was Mr. Robinson," said Officer David Northway. "Mr. Robinson was the unknown, and he was out there. We didn't know if he was going to hurt more people -- if this could happen again."
Robinson is awaiting extradition to Tallahassee; once he arrives he will be sent to the Leon County Jail.
The second shooter, Dimitrie Penny, was engaged by Officer Ravenel in the parking lot of the restaurant, according to TPD. He was transported to a local hospital where he later died.
