TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Regional Airport (TLH) has some new flights taking off from its runway today.
Silver Airways is now offering non-stop, direct flights between TLH and Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) on it's 34-seater Saab 340Bplus aircraft.
TLH's expanded service to Orlando International Airport (MCO) also starts today, now offering two daily, non-stop flights between the two airports.
Just in time for the legislative session, Silver has also started additional flights between Tallahassee and Tampa, and Tallahassee and Palm Beach.
Silver Airways is just one of three commercial air carriers that serves Tallahassee. The others are American Airlines and Delta Air Lines.
