HOUSTON (CNN) - A pregnant woman went into labor inside her apartment complex as Hurricane Harvey pelted Houston, forcing her neighbors to make a daring and creative rescue.
Several people formed a human chain to guide the pregnant woman from her building to an empty dump truck, which was being used as an impromptu emergency vehicle by the Houston Fire Department.
She was caught on video using the human chain like guard rails to escape from waist-deep water.
According to People Magazine, the woman gave birth to a healthy baby girl on Monday.
