TALLAHASSEE, Fla., (WTXL) - The woman accused of killing her 6 year-old grandson in Tallahassee is expected to be in court later this month.
Martha White is expected in court on January 27th for another hearing.
In September, psychologists determined she was incompetent and not fit to stand trial.
White was formally indicted by a grand jury on August 26, 2014, on charges of first degree murder and child abuse.
She is charged in the August 5, 2014 stabbing death of her grandson, Mason Rhinehart.
Deputies from the Leon County Sheriff's Office say White was babysitting Rhinehart and his brother at their home, on Bass Ridge Trail, when she pulled the 6 year-old into the bathroom, locked the door, and then according to investigators, repeatedly stabbed Mason.
