TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - After over a month and a half long investigation by the Tallahassee Police Department, a suspect has been arrested in connection with a kidnapping, armed burglary, and several other charges.
The victim told Tallahassee police Wisler Louis tied him up inside his own apartment, stole his vehicle, and accessed his bank accounts.
After an investigation police say Louis used the money to pay his rent at the Villa Cortez Apartments.
He's being held in the Leon County Jail.
