QUINCY, Fla. -- The City of Quincy is now offering its utility customers the opportunity to pay their bills online.
The new system is called "Point and Pay." It can be accessed by using the City of Quincy's website www.myquincy.net. The new service is free to customers. The City will assume all transaction fees associated with the use of credit cards.
Over the past several months The City of Quincy Customer Service Department has conducted community “Town Hall” type meetings at churches and community centers to allow residents to learn about the new payment service.
The system will go live on Monday, December 17. Residents will still be able to mail, drop off or pay their utility bills in person at the Customer Service Office, which is located directly across from City Hall.
