TPD: 7 arrested in drug dealing sting in Tallahassee

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Seven people were arrested Wednesday after a Tallahassee Police Department investigation targeting drug dealers around the city.

TPD has been conducting an ongoing investigation targeting drug dealers in various areas around the city, and police said the latest batch of arrest is part of on ongoing efforts to combat illegal drug operations in Tallahassee.

The seven people arrested face charges ranging from the sale of cocaine to outstanding warrants.

Those arrested and their charges are below:

  • Billie McClain, 63, for the sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a convenience store and possession of cocaine with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a convenience store
  • Kenneth Reese, 50, for conspiracy to sell cocaine
  • Edward Miller, 42, for the sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a convenience store and outstanding warrants
  • Danny Robinson, 52, for the sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a convenience store and possession of cocaine with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a convenience store
  • Royelmeetrius Linder, 29, for the sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a convenience store and resisting arrest without violence
  • Viviloria Frazier, 53, for petit theft
  • Clarence Moss, 67, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

"The use and sale of illegal drugs impact everyone and are often linked with more violent crimes," TPD wrote in a release. "TPD is dedicated to addressing drug-related issues that decrease public safety and overall quality of life."
