TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Tallahassee city commissioners have unanimously approved a motion to allow youth sports, open pickleball/tennis courts and come up with a safety plan to allow certain fall events.
For organized sports teams, they will have to present a safety plan to the parks and recreation department before starting activities.
Commissioners also agreed that if cases go up, they will stop all sports activity. They are asking everybody to “play by the rules” and stay in compliance so that things go smoothly.
