Quincy Police Department closes lobby due to COVID-19 outbreak

QUINCY, Fla. (WTXL) — Due to health threats posed by the COVID-19 outbreak the Quincy Police Department is temporarily changing it's lobby procedures for serving residents.

Starting Wednesday at 5 p.m., QPD's front lobby will be closing to public access to include no walk-in reporting until further notice.

Authorities say those wishing to report any non-emergency matter to the Quincy Police Department should call (850) 627-7111.

Individuals needing to report an emergency should call 911.

For police incident and crash reports you can call the QPD Records Dept at (850) 627-0143. You may also email the records department at loliver@myquincy.net.

QPD says reports will either be emailed or mailed after requested.

For those needing to retrieve property or evidence, call (850) 627-0142.
