TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Proof Brewing Company now has a new brew pub, which will be open five days a week instead of three starting on Wednesday.
It features a new kitchen that's offering new menu items like parmesan herb fries and fried oysters.
Owner Byron Burroughs said the kitchen will also be offering locally-grown food from here in Tallahassee.
"We're trying to put the pieces in place as an operation to pay attention to everything that is necessary while we're still in the pandemic as far as keeping our customers and staff safe and providing a safe environment for everyone to be in but to start looking forward to things we can do to lead us out of the pandemic," said Burroughs.
