BAINBRIDGE, Ga.(WTXL) — Bainbridge Public Safety said 54-year-old Alfred Lee Moore has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of 35-year-old James Lamar Guy after the reported shooting on College Street Friday afternoon.
According to Bainbridge Public Safety, Moore was charged with murder.
More was apprehended in Dougherty County after fleeing the area following the shooting, according to the report.

The Decatur County Sheriff's Department Crime Scene Unit assisted at the scene, and Georgia State Patrol apprehended Moore in Dougherty County.
Bainbridge Public Safety Officers are currently on scene investigating a shooting that happened on College Street Friday afternoon.
BPS says the shooting happened just after 2 p.m. in the 800 block of College Street.
At this time, College Street is blocked off from Rose Circle to Russ Street.
Officers say one person has been transported to the hospital.
Decatur County Sheriff’s Deputies are assisting Bainbridge Public Safety with the investigation.
Authorities are encouraging residents to please avoid the area.
