Jimmy John's to provide free meals for kids during COVID-19 school closures

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — All Jimmy John's locations in Tallahassee are providing free sandwiches to kids during school closures in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

The company made the announcement in a Facebook post over the weekend.

The company stated that "Jimmy John's locations in Tallahassee will be offering all kids one of our Little John sandwiches at no cost."

The offer is valid Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., starting March 16 through the end of the month, or as long as the company can.

Jimmy John's is only handing out one sandwich per child. The child must be present at time of ordering an the offer is only valid in-store.
