TAMPA, Fla. (CNN) — As Hurricane Idalia made landfall in Florida, most people in the storm's path were following the advice of officials to hunker down.
But two men in Tampa ignored all warnings and instead indulged their adventurous side.
The pair found a new way through morning rush hour traffic on Bay Shore Boulevard, paddling through the flooded roadway on a giant inflatable duck.
