TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The start of in-person learning on Florida A&M University's campus for the spring semester has been pushed back to Jan. 19, 2021, university officials announced Wednesday.

Wednesday afternoon, FAMU issued a statement saying that the spring semester will still begin Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021, but all classes will be taught remotely through Friday, Jan. 15, 2021.

All face-to-face, hybrid and Hyflex classes will begin on Tuesday, Jan. 19

FAMU previously announced the cancellation of Spring Break in 2021, which means the spring semester will end Friday, April 23, 2021, a week earlier than originally planned.
