TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Bite of Brown continues with a stop at Gurlie's Lemonade in Tallahassee.
It's a week-long effort, shining a light on African-American-owned businesses.
Gurlie's Lemonade said it appreciates the support from Bite of Brown and the community as they continue to grow.
"To taste brown is a special experience because you're not only experiencing the black business, but you're also tasting triumph," said owner Demetrius Murray.
Bite of Brown ends Sunday, finishing up with the Gilliam Sisters Soulfood.
