TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Owners of a thrift store are picking up the pieces after the store burned down.

Lighthouse Children's Home Thrift Store was set on fire back in February of this year. Now owners are opening up a new temporary location.

The new location is in the 1500 block of South Monroe Street. Owners say that although this location is small it will do for now.

"It's very exciting a lot of hard work went into building the place over there and keep it going and to see it gone," said Jeffery Hurdle, the owner. "It was tough but we knew the donations were going to keep coming in and were glad we found a temporary location. Looking forward to build or new building over at our old location."

They say they have already purchased the new facility and are eager to start building.

That new building near the same location as the original store.

All three suspects in that arson have now been arrested. They are set for case management hearings on the 27th. They are charged with 2 counts of burglary and 1 county of 2nd degree arson.
