Leon County Sheriff's Office Graduating 10 Inmates from Special Program

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)- The Leon County Sheriff's Office is graduating 10 men, who have completed case management and vocational services over a four month period while incarcerated in the Leon County Jail.

The program is called L.I.F.T., which stands for leveraging interventions for transformations.

Program participants received daily training on life and social skills, worked on their GED, and were given opportunities to gain credentials in vocational areas .

The graduation ceremony will take place tomorrow in the Juvenile Assessment Center's training room, the doors open at 1:30 p.m. and the ceremony begins at 2:00 p.m.
