TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Leon County Sheriff's Office held a graduation ceremony for the 38th Citizens Academy class.
More than 30 locals took part in patrol officer ride-alongs and many other hands-on experiences over the past several weeks.
Tuesday night they were awarded certificates and superlatives.
Members of the graduating class say this process has helped them learn more about the men and women in uniform.
