TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Leon County School District employee is indicted by a federal grand jury today.
Jonathan Harry Lee Williams is charged with using a minor to produce child pornography and possession of child pornography.
Williams worked in the office at Ruediger Elementary School.
He was arrested back in December after FBI agents executed a search warrant at his home.
The indictment alleges that between April 1, 2014 and December 10, 2014, Williams knowingly used a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction. It also alleges that on or about December 11, 2014, Williams knowingly possessed material that contained images of child pornography.
